Elemental Surge is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Amazon that grants the skill Elemental Surge. Whenever a charge is consumed with any skill, the skill grants 3 stacks of Lightning Surge, enhancing your next projectile attacks with a lightning damage explosion.
