All Damage from you and Allies in your Presence contributes to Ignite Chance and Magnitude

Bringer of Flame is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Infernalist that causes all damage dealt by you and your allies in your Presence to contribute towards Ignite chance and magnitude.

No longer requires Pyromantic Pact.
