Body Armour grants regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second [1]

Leather Bindings is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Smith of Kitava that grants armour and adds the modifier Regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second to your body armour.

This passive requires the Smith's Masterwork passive to allocate.

0.4.0	Each Notable connected to the Smith's Masterwork Notable now grants +200 to Armour in addition to its other bonuses.
0.3.0	The Leather Bindings Notable Passive Skill now causes Body Armour to grant regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second (previously 5%).
