Enhanced Effectiveness is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Gemling Legionnaire that grants the player double the inherent bonus granted by attributes, but lessens their total attributes.

With this passive, each attributes grants the following:

0.2.0	The Enhanced Effectiveness Ascendancy Passive Skill now also grants 20% less Attributes.
0.1.0	Introduced to the game.
