Soul Eater

Gain 1% increased Skill SpeedAffects the speed at which all Skills are used. Increases and reductions to Skill Speed stack additively with increases and reductions to Attack Speed, Cast Speed, Warcry Speed, and similar stats. for 4 seconds when an enemy dies in your Presence,Your Presence is an area around your character within which certain effects (such as many Auras) are applied.
