Tribal Medicine is a quest in Act 4, begun by picking up the Shark FinShark FinThe sea gave it strength. Now it serves a greater purpose. after defeating the Great White One on Whakapanu Island.

The Shark FinShark FinThe sea gave it strength. Now it serves a greater purpose. can be taken to Kaimana in Ngakanu (or on the Karui boat in Kingsmarch, if you're already completed Heart of the Tribe) in exchange for an uncut gem.

This can be done right away after starting the quest as you can sail to Ngakanu immediately by revisiting Makoru in Kingsmarch.
