Sustainable Practices is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Pathfinder that makes a portion of your Evasion Rating also apply to Elemental Damage Mitigation.
Mechanics
This skill presumably works like ...and Protect me from Harm by calculating Evasion Rating as Armour against elemental damage before resistances.[confirmation needed]
