Mechanics

Completing an irradiated map affected by this tablet will not mark it as completed in the Atlas and instead removed the irradiated modifier. Other modifiers are unaffected. As the map is not completed, it can be run again, but connected maps cannot be travelled to.

In maps that have special drops on completion, such as a citadel, it will drop each time it is completed. This can be used to obtain Crisis Fragments multiple times from a single citadel.

Item acquisition

Visions of Paradise can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.

Version history

Version Changes
0.3.1
  • You no longer need Towers to use Precursor Tablets, instead, Tablets can now be placed into the Map Device to add their bonuses directly to your Map.
  • Tablets now have a fixed number of uses, as described by its Implicit Modifier.
  • Each time you use a Tablet while running a Map, the number of remaining uses on the Tablet decreases. Once it reaches zero, the Tablet is destroyed.
  • You can use up to 3 Tablets with each Map, but the number of slots available is based on how many modifiers the Map has. Running a Map with 6 Modifiers will enable all 3 of the Tablets slots on the Map Device.
  • Tablets cannot be applied to areas that have already been attempted.
  • Now have 1 use (previously 12 to 18). [Undocumented]
  • Now grants "If Map was not previously Irradiated, completing Map adds Irradiation instead" (previously "Completing Irradiated Maps in Range Removes Irradiation instead"). [Undocumented]
0.2.0
  • Introduced to the game.
