Mechanics

Using this tablet allows any non-completed map within the tower's range to be accessed even if a connected map has not been completed. It can also be used to access maps that are inaccessible otherwise (e.g. separated via a mountain on the Atlas).

Item acquisition

The Grand Project can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.
