Does anyone recall ever seeing this item?
Judging from the Metadata ID Metadata/Items/QuestItems/Gallows/Act4/PrisonerRegeneratingLiver I'd guess it is a drop from "The Prisoner" or found in either Abandoned Prison or Solitary Confinement.
Could it be an item that only drops during leagues, where the Prisoner doesn't hold a piece of the main quest weapon?
