A maximum of one Modifer can be granted this way

As the Whispers Demand is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Ritualist that grants the skill Ritual Sacrifice. It can be used on a slain Rare enemy to gain one of its monster modifier temporarily, or on yourself and sacrifice a portion of your life to temporarily gain a random monster modifier.
