Mechanics

Valako's Charge: Taking lightning damage builds up charge, and on reaching full charge, expends all charge to trigger a chaining lightning bolt spell.

This item has an alternate effect that plays when the wearer gets hit.

Lightning Coil can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.
