Gore Spike is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Blood Mage that grants the player Bonus Critical Hit damage based on their current Life.

Note that this skill does not scale with maximum Life, resulting in lower crit damage while damaged, but allows for potentially more damage from Overflown Life from Life Remnants.
