Glancing Blows is a keystone passive skill that causes doubles block chance but causes block to only mitigate half of the damage taken instead of all of the damage.
Mechanics
This keystone will cause also cause the player to take damage through active block and can be detrimental.
Location
Glancing Blows is located on the bottom side of the passive skill tree.
