It is one of the mtx that ported from POE 1. Purchase the mtx from in-game/web shop will unlock the item for both games. However, only one character from either game can use this mtx. Otherwise the player must purchase another copy of the mtx.

Despite it is part of Forbidden Sanctum cosmetic theme, as it part of the loot pool of Sanctum Mystery Box, it is one of the mtxs that named after the Void Emperor. These "Void Emperor" mtxs have the similar colors.
