Forced Outcome is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Oracle that grants Inevitable Critical Hits, guaranteeing a hit becomes a critical hit by rerolling for critical hit chance until it succeeds. The hit has less extra critical hit damage every time it's rerolled.
