The Skills Panel is a left side interface panel which allows you to add Skill gems and apply Support gems to them.

The top of the skills panel shows your Support gem capacity.

Each skill has an arrow to expand the skill information panel which gives detailed stats on the skill.

0.2.0	Made a number of improvements to the stats displayed on the skill information panels. For example, the skill panels now show more detailed Ailment and Hit Chance information (among other changes).
