0.4.0	Queen of the Forest now Increases Movement Speed by 25%, plus 1% per 600 Evasion Rating, up to a maximum of 75%. Other Modifiers to Movement Speed except for Sprinting do not apply (previously did not have the constant 25%, was and uncapped, was per 800, and Sprinting was not an exception). This change does not affect existing items other than to apply the cap and the constant 25% increase, but the per Evasion rating value, which value will not be changed on existing items. This value can be updated using a Divine Orb.
0.2.0	The Queen of the Forest Unique Body Armour now grants 1% Movement Speed per 800 Evasion Rating (previously 500). This modifier also can no longer scale with modifier effect, such as from Corruption.
