Storm's Recollection is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Stormweaver that improves the amount of resistances lowered by Exposure effects you apply.

Version	Changes The Scouring Winds Notable Passive Skill has been renamed to Storm's Recollection, and no longer grants Exposure you inflict lowers affected Resistance by an additional 12%. Instead, it now grants Remnants you create reappear once, 3 seconds after being collected. }}
