Necromantic Talisman is a keystone passive skill that removes all stats provided by the character's equipped amulet and grants them to your minions instead.

Mechanics

The player character is still considered as having an amulet equipped. All stats on the amulet are otherwise disabled.

#% Increased Rarity of Items found and #% Increased Quantity of Items found modifiers only have an effect when applied to the player for minion kills, and these bonuses will be rendered useless if granted to minions.

Modifiers to minion on the amulet will not apply to your minions, but will affect the minion's minions. Modifiers to +# to Level of all Spells Skills doesn't appear to affect the spells of the minions. (according to tooltip)

Necromantic Talisman is located on the top side of the passive skill tree.
