Matiki
Matiki is a NPC in Act 4.
Matiki can be first found in either Shrike Island, Singing Caverns, Solitary Confinement, or Volcanic Warrens, locked in a cage guarded by the area boss. The island he'll be in will be the island that doesn't contain a precursor weapon piece. The area he can be found in will shuffle between league.
Once Matiki is rescued, you'll be able to sail to Eye of Hinekora.
