River Hag is a monster located in The Drowned City in Act 3.
Skills
- water orb: Creates a blue-green ball of water which slowly moves towards the player, similar to POE 1's Drowning Orb. While in the orb the player's action speed is slowed, due to the debuff
Drowning. If they do not leave the orb within a few seconds, they are instantly killed, ignoring life or energy shield. If the river hag is killed, the Orb immediately disappears. - Vortex: Creates a swirling blue-green vortex on a target which does cold damage over time to anything within its radius.
