There is no Limit on the number of Banners you can place
Banners gain 5 Glory per second [1]

Whoever Pays Best is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Tactician that removes the limit on Banners you can place and passively generates Glory for Banner skills.

0.3.0	The Whoever Pays Best Notable Passive Skill now provides "There is no Limit on the number of Banners you can place" and Banners gain 5 Glory per Second, instead of "Can Place Multiple Banners".
