Grants Skill: Elemental Surge
When you consume a Charge Trigger Elemental Surge to gain 3 Lightning Surges

Lua error in Module:Passive_skill at line 600: No passive skills with the given name found. Elemental Surge is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Amazon that grants the skill Elemental Surge. Whenever you consume a charge, the skill grants you Lightning Surge buffs, enhancing your next projectile attacks with a corresponding lightning damage explosion. This effect is overriden by When you consume a Charge, Trigger Elemental Surge to instead gain 2 Cold, Lightning and Fire Surges from the Surging Avatar passive.
