Character effect

Character effect is a type of microtransaction.

As of version 0.3.0, there only 7 character effects appear in in-game mtx shop. However, there are more than 7 character effects that are available for use in-game.

Players can purchase these mtx in web shop or POE 1 in-game shop instead.

Note that not all POE 1's character effects are ported to POE 2.
