Whispers of Doom is a keystone passive skill that allows players to increase their curse limit but doubles the delay before curses can activate.
Mechanics
This keystone's downside can be nullified if the curse is applied via methods that ignore curse activation delay (i.e. Hand of Chayula).
Location
Whispers of Doom is located on the top side of the passive skill tree.
