What need have I for defence when my enemies are reduced to ash and splinters?

Eldritch Battery is a keystone passive skill that converts your energy shield into mana and doubles the mana cost of skills.

Mechanics

This keystone converts your base energy shield (the sum of sources of flat energy shield) into base mana. This conversion applies before any modifiers, such as #% increased/more Mana. This mana will not scale with modifiers to energy shield (e.g. #% increased/more Energy Shield).

Location

Eldritch Battery is located on the top side of the passive skill tree.

Related unique items

These unique items have the Eldritch Battery modifier, which grants the effect of this keystone. This effect does not double up by also having the keystone allocated.
