Ketzuli, Architect of Time was an NPC. He is a vendor that sells caster weapons, flasks, Charms, and Scrolls of Wisdom in The Ziggurat Refuge and the player's hideout.
Lore
As the time portal created by Ketzuli that was used by the character and Alva to return to Aggorat's past had not yet been created at the time of the Vaal Cataclysm (400 B.I.C), partially due to the fact that it was not known that it would be necessary until Ketzuli encountered Alva and the character firsthand, creating a bootstrap paradox. It would not be completed for another 2000 years, during which Ketzuli locked himself away in the Ziggurat Refuge (later known as the Temple of Kopec).

Time is not entirely hidden. Perhaps you have seen it. Perhaps not. Men and beasts trapped in crystal-not trapped at all. Just a moment in Time, seen from afar, like peering through a lens.

Doryani is the greatest hero of our era. The brightest mind our civilisation ever produced. had he more time, he could have extended our reach across the entire world. Perhaps farther. The stars themselves would not have been beyond our grasp. Had he but time... I was supposed to give him that, but I failed. What do I live for now?
