Navira's Oasis (passive)

Navira's Oasis is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Disciple of Varashta that grants the player the Navira's Oasis skill, which grants an additional command skill that can be used with the Navira, the Last Mirage djinn minion from the pre-requisite passive skill Barya of Navira. This skill causes Navira to convert chilled ground into an oasis ground effect which grants life and mana recoup, flask charge generation, and causes plants to become overgrown.

Barya of Navira and its connected passive skills do not have preceding small passives, therefore only requiring a single passive each to allocate.
