The Fourth Teaching is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Disciple of Varashta that shortens base energy shield recharge delay and grants more recharge rate if energy shield is low.

Mechanics

The recharge delay modifier reduces base energy shield recharge delay by 1 second (usually 4 seconds by default). This applies before other modifiers to start of energy shield recharge.
