Tabula Rasa has no level or attribute requirements, base defences, or other modifiers.

Tabula Rasa always generates with six jewel sockets. It is only possible to socket non-unique regular jewels into this item. They can be removed or replaced freely. Time-lost jewels and unique jewels cannot be socketed.

Tabula Rasa cannot gain augment sockets.

While unidentified, this item will always display as having an "Exceptional" Garment base type. However, it can also drop with quality over 20%, but not with an additional rune socket.
