Both the Key and the items that drop within it are weighted based on the rarity of items submitted by supporters[1]. Multiple supporters picking the same item will still increase the weight of that item in the overall pool. Items are added periodically as supporters submit entries.
The Key's drop rate dynamically updates based on the overall average rarity of items included in its drop pool.
The only uniques obtainable from this key are those found from the boss it drops from, and were selected by supporters through the Twilight Order Reliquary Key submission. Unique items that drop with variants (including base type, modifier, etc.) count as a single entry; the variant a user will receive is random.
You do not need to purchase the Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack to use or acquire this item. Anyone can use it by opening it through the Reliquary Vault interface on the Atlas. They can be used as soon as a player enters the Epilogue and can access the Atlas.
