Hobbling a target lowers their Evasion by a specified amount. If this brings that target's Evasion value to 0, they are fully Hobbled for 12 seconds.

Hobble from Players lowers Evasion by 3 times as much against Normal Monsters and 2 times as much against Magic Monsters.

Hobble is a debuff that reduces Evasion by a specified amount. When the target's Evasion is reduced to 0 by this effect, they will be Fully Hobbled. There are currently no methods for players to inflict Hobble.

Mechanics

Hobble lasts for 12 seconds, after which the debuff is removed. If the target's evasion value reaches 0 from this, the debuff is replaced with "Fully Hobbled" which lasts 12 seconds. Reapplying Hobble on a target will refresh the duration of the debuff, but any further Hobble will not be applied while the target is Fully Hobbled.

Hobble amount is tripled against Normal monsters and doubled against Magic monsters.
