Crystalline Phylactery is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Lich that allows the player to socket a jewel and enhances its effects.

Mechanics

The jewel must be non-unique and must be basic (e.g. not a time-lost jewel or timeless jewel).

If the player has no current energy shield, all of their skill will have 50% more mana cost.
