Mechanics

The Adorned only affects corrupted magic regular or time-lost jewels in a jewel socket in the passive skill tree. Jewels socketed anywhere else (i.e. Sekhema's Resolve) are unaffected.

Breakpoints

The Adorned's modifier effect modifier typically rounds down to the nearest integer if the original stat did not have decimal points. All stat values have a highest breakpoint of 100%. A more detailed table of all possible breakpoints can be found here here.

Item acquisition

The Adorned has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
