Primal Hunger is a keystone passive skill that grants more maximum rage and rage regeneration, but causes rage to no longer grant any additional effects.
Mechanics
With this keystone allocated, rage will no longer grant more attack damage. Any effects that add additional effects to rage (any modifier with the text "(Every) Rage also grants") will also be negated.
Rage effectively becomes just a resource for skill costs, making it useful for builds that primarily use skills with high rage costs.
Location
Primal Hunger is located on the outer edge of the lower northwest side of the passive skill tree.
