Tabula Rasa has no level or attribute requirements, base defences, or other modifiers.
It always generates with six jewel sockets[1]. It is possible to socket any rarity of regular jewel into this item. They can be removed or replaced freely. Time-lost jewels and unique Timeless Jewels can be socketed but provide no radius effects.
Tabula Rasa cannot gain item sockets.
Tabula Rasa can drop anywhere.
