Certain Skills which create Areas of Effect on the ground create Runic Inscriptions when doing so. Various effects such as Support Gems and Unique Items can interact with these Inscriptions to cause many different effects.

Runic Inscriptions are created by certain skills which have interaction with certain effects. All curse skills create Runic Inscriptions, as well as a few other skills.

Burning Inscription is a Spell which creates Ignited Ground based off of your Maximum Mana.Supported Skills trigger Burning Inscription after their Runic Inscriptions expire

Create Ignited Ground Igniting Enemies based on a percentage of your Maximum Mana.
Create Ignited Ground, Igniting enemies as though dealing Fire Damage equal to 20% of your Maximum Mana
Ignited Ground radius is 2 metres
Ignited Ground duration is 4 secondsPlace into a Skill's Support Gem socket in the Skills Panel to apply its effects to that Skill. You cannot have multiple Support Gems of the same Category socketed within one Skill. support takes effect when a Runic Inscription expires.
