Crystalline Phylactery is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Lich that grants a jewel socket and increases the effect of the jewel socketed to it, but causes your skills to cost more mana while you are at 0 energy shield.
Mechanics
The jewel must be non-unique and must be basic (e.g. not a Time-lost jewel or a Timeless Jewel). The jewel in this socket is unaffected by any other jewel's radius effects or vice versa, even if they appear to visually be within range.
100% increased Effect of Socketed Jewels: This stat only applies to the jewel socketed in the jewel socket provided by this passive skill. It does not affect other socketed jewels.
