The Countess, or Oriana, is a major antagonist of Path of Exile 2. She is the leader of the Twilight Order, a cult seeking to create a "Utopia" free from the influences of the gods of Wraeclast. Behind the scenes, they are plotting to create a new Beast and start another Cataclysm.
She is responsible for running things behind the scenes while colluding with Count Geonor and Jamanra, enticing them to use the Beast to further her own goals but abandoning them when their usefulness has expired. She also has a son named Lumerius, whom she seeks to use to fulfill her agenda.
