Deflection Rating provides a chance to Deflect damage from Hits, preventing 40% of the damage taken from those Hits and Ailments they inflict. Exact chance to Deflect also depends on the attacker's Accuracy.
Deflection is type of mitigation. It grants a chance to take less damage taken from a hit or ailment by a percentage. Like Evasion, Deflection chance is checked against enemy accuracy. Unlike Evasion, Deflection works against area of effect and unblockable attacks.
