: Droplevel is not the same as item level or level requirement. It is closer to being the minimum item level - Stellar Amulets will not generate without an itemlevel of at least 25, but they only require level 24 to equip (You can check this by setting itemlevel limits in your above searches.). So it looks like the listed required level is wrong but the droplevel is right.
