Projectile Damage builds Pin
Right Where We Want Them is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Tactician that causes all projectile damage to build up Pin and causes Pinned enemies to be unable to act, much like Freeze, Electrocute, and Heavy Stun would.
Mechanics
Affliction Fiendish Wings (Monsters' Action Speed cannot be slowed below base. Monsters have 25% increased Attack, Cast, and Movement speed) does not affect functionality of this notable.
