Kaimana
Location
Kaimana can be found in Ngakanu in a hut near the shore. After rescuing Matiki, she will move to the meeting hall further down.
In the hostile version of Ngakanu after completing The Excavation, she will be hiding in a hut near a checkpoint. Defeating the nearby enemies will bring her out. However, you won't be able to turn in the Shark Fin at this time.
After completing Act 4, she will move to the Karui boat in Kingsmarch. You will once again be able to turn in the Shark Fin here.
