Mechanics

Abyssal Wasting: Abyssal Wasting is a debuff that causes affected targets to have 50% reduced life regeneration. Certain modifiers on Grip of Kulemak can also cause it to reduce the target's fire, cold, or lightning resistances by 4-6%. The debuff uses the skill icon of Convalescence, though it is unrelated.

Grip of Kulemak has no Desecrated modifiers by default, but interacting with the petrified Liches during the Vessel of Kulemak encounter can add up to four custom Desecrated modifiers prior to it being dropped, rolling between three pools based on which Lich's empowerment was selected for the first three mods. The fourth mod will always be random between the three Liches.
