Remnants you create reappear once, 3 seconds after being collected

Storm's Recollection is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Stormweaver that causes Remnants you created to reappear after 3 seconds after being collected once.

0.3.0	The Scouring Winds Notable Passive Skill has been renamed to Storm's Recollection, and no longer grants Exposure you inflict lowers affected Resistance by an additional 12%. Instead, it now grants Remnants you create reappear once, 3 seconds after being collected.
0.2.0	The Scouring Winds Ascendancy Passive Skill now causes Exposure you inflict to lower the affected Resistance by an additional 12% (previously 20%).
