Just Wanted to send an something I discovered while using Bind Spectre. If you attempt to bind a Foul Sage, they will lose their magic ability and revert to melee instead. Not sure if it was a glitch on my end, or if it was a glitch from the game itself, or if this was part of the Binding Skill. Thought I'd at least let everyone here know so they could test it out to see if it does the same for them or not. I was planning on using Foul Sage as a Spectre in hopes to use its DPS magic to help me fight off some of the tougher enemies, but now that is out the window if it just reverts to melee instead. I did try using it on s Pyromushroom Cultivator to see if it would have the same effect, but it did not have the same effect. The Pyroshroom was able to use its explosive ability, which makes me wonder if it was just a glitch or if GGG forgot to add in the Foul Mages ability to the Bind Spectre skill, or if it was their intension for the Foul Sage to revert to melee. Let me know what you find out.
