Nameless Seer is a NPC that can be encountered in Moment of Zen in the Atlas. He offers the player a random selection of unique items, of which one can be obtained for free.
The item level of unique items are determined by the area level and thus the map tier used on the Map Device to travel to the Moment of Zen.
