This template flags an unsourced statement as being unconfirmed.
Usage
Place this template after an unsourced statement to indicate that that it needs to be confirmed by editors. If the statement needs a citation, use {{citation needed}} instead.
The article this template appears on will automatically be added to Category:Articles with unconfirmed statements.

A reason can be specified using |reason=. This replaces the tooltip text with the stated reason.
