Chances to gain additional charges now only rolls before effects that change the type of change gained (such as Resonance keystone) - previously could roll twice, once before and once after. Resonance is a keystone passive skill that causes players to gain different charges from what they would normally gain.
Mechanics
This keystone primarily can be used to change the combination of skills that grant charges without affecting skills that spend charges.
Location
Resonance is located on the top right side of the passive skill tree.
